Questions before you open a shop
Can another store see my sales?
No. Products, orders, customers, and reports are scoped to your tenant on the server. Guessing another shop’s URL or ID returns a not-found response.
Who creates cashiers?
You do, after you register as the owner. Cashiers and staff stay inside your workspace and cannot promote themselves.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Try Demo Account opens a dedicated sample shop with fake products and sales. It cannot reach Super Admin tools or other vendors.
What if I forget my password?
Ask your shop owner, or use Forgot password to notify support. The demo account has no shared password by design.
